Ep.5/ The Best Health Advice
TL:DR - Base the advice you follow on your body and your design, not what’s trending.
If you’ve been on the internet or listened to any sort of media for any length of time, you’ve heard some advice on how to be healthier, how to ‘hack’ your life and longevity:
Eat vegan
Eat carnivore
Avoid dairy
Eat all the dairy
At least make sure you’re getting a variety of foods in your diet
Go hard on exercise every day
Only eat three meals a day
Eat one meal a day
Eat 6 small meals a day
Have a standard morning routine
Have a bedtime routine…
etc etc etc.
If you look at your chart, however, you’ll see that all that advice is absolutely CONTRARY to how you’re unique system operates.
Commonly, we see this in:
Digestion
Energy and movement
Sleep strategies
Consistency or routine.
